A licence to use the app on devices you own, for your own personal, non-commercial use. We may update the app, and features may change or be removed. Nothing in it is a purchase unless the store told you the price first.

This is a game about cooking, not a source of dietary, nutritional or medical advice. The app lets you exclude allergens and follow a diet track, and it does its best to respect what you tell it — but it is a game, it can be wrong, and it cannot know what is in the food in front of you.

Always check the actual packaging and ingredients yourself. If you have an allergy, an intolerance or a medical condition, rely on your doctor and the label, never on this app. The nutrition shown on cards is a rough band for play, not a nutritional statement.

Signing a day off is an honesty system. There is no verification and there are no consequences beyond the game. Nothing you record is checked, shared or shown to anyone else.

The base sets are free. One purchase, for a one-off price shown before you pay, unlocks every other pack permanently, including packs released later. You can see every card in every pack before you buy. Nothing you pay for is random, and there is no in-game currency.

Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store and are subject to that store’s terms. Refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store: on Google Play, request one from your Google Play order history; on iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If the store refers you to us, email Luke@faultycompassstudio.com with your order number.

Cards you have collected stay collected. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Do not attempt to modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, or use it in any way that breaks the law. We may stop providing the app, or stop providing it to a particular person, if it is being misused.

The app is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

If these terms change materially, the app will say so before the change takes effect. The date at the foot of this page shows when they were last revised.
